Jonathan Leal

Founder

Jonathan founded Milo’s in 2003, and has grown the company across the country and world. A frequent educational speaker at the summer and winter Fancy Food Shows, Jonathan is also one of the 15-member Manufacturer & Supplier Council for the Specialty Food Association, representing almost 4,000 manufacturers in the industry.

Nadia Mitchell

Vice President / QC & R&D

Nadia has been with Milo’s since the beginning, and is the creative taste buds behind our products. She is the recipe development point person for our co-pack customers, and has years of experience sourcing ingredients and finding creative solutions to tricky recipe issues. Nadia is also a Process Controls Qualified Individual (required by the FDA).

Paul Keida

Vice President / Operations

Paul brings a lifetime of experience to Milo’s with an extensive background in product and process development and commercialization across multiple food categories. He has significant knowledge and experience in process engineering, food packaging, scale up, trouble shooting production issues and finding the most effective way to produce specific products. Paul is also a Process Authority for FDA process registrations.

Mark Temple

Production Manager

Mark has been with Milo’s for almost a decade, and works with the R&D and Operations teams to ensure that the final production version of a client’s recipe comes out correctly. Mark supervises a production team that has years of experience and training.
